Sal Catalfamo Sr.

Sal Catalfamo grew up in New Jersey. Sal earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Villanova University and is a certified public manager. Sal's career included a number of progressively responsible positions in higher education. He retired as a College Dean in 2007.

In addition to his service in higher education, Sal has owned a financial and management consulting businesse in both New Jersey and Florida.

With respect to professional and community service, Sal has served on a number of local, state and national committees, boards and task forces in higher education and business, including serving as Chairman of the Greater Atlantic City Tourism and Marketing Council in New Jersey. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Cape Coral Association of Realtors and Florida Association of Realtors.

Sal and his wife, Lynn moved to Cape Coral in 2007 and have a son and daughter and 2 grandchildren. They enjoy boating and traveling.


Sal began his career in real estate as a investor. He has a substantial understanding of waterfront, investment and commercial properties as well as market trends.
