Sharif Mukati

Sharif Mukati arrived in the US in 1973. After earning two degrees; an Associate in Science major in Accounting, from Miami Dade Community College and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, he worked at Holiday Inn as an Accountant for 12 years. In 1985, Mr. Mukati purchased Aldo’s Deli Supermarket in Hallandale, Florida. Today he owns a Shopping Center. After getting his Real Estate License he joined Capital Commercial Real Estate Group in 2005. In 2007 Mr. Mukati received an Award for Outstanding Listing Agent of the year He is a member of Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. Besides English he also speaks Urdu and Gugrati (native language from Pakistan). Mr. Mukati brings to the table years of experience in Accounting, Shopping Center, and Tenants. His Specialty includes but is not limited to Business Opportunities, Office Buildings, Motel, Vacant Land and Strip Centers. He has successfully Sold and Closed several Subway Restaurants and Gas Stations, this way he has helped lot of buyers to work for themselves. His most recent sale includes Office Building in WPB.
